The teen charged in a driving under the influence accident that killed one teenager and injured two other is identified as Oneeofrio Lorusso age 18. He has been charged with driving under the influence, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, and another misdemeanor, which is failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
