Use Candles and Paper Boats To Float Troubles Away

I just returned from Kauai and stayed at some nice vacation rentals. They are filming a movie over there. Use candles and paper boats to show your children how to use the power of ritual and symbolism to float their troubles away. At the same time, teach them one of the traditions of the Thai culture.

Celebrate Loi Krathong (loy-kruh-thong) Festival in Thailand with your kids. This holiday is celebrated in Thailand in November each year. “Loy” means “to float” and a “Krathong” is a lotus-shaped banana leaf-boat. The Krathong usually contains a candle, flowers, coins, and three *joss-sticks. See definition for joss sticks below.A full moon in the sky begins the festival. The evening of the full moon, people reverently carry their Krathongs to the nearby rivers.
The candles are lit, and after making a wish, the precious little vessels known as Krathongs are set down on the water. They are allowed to drift away. Regarding them, I particulally like them as well as the jar ones. All in all, I have noticed that many folks prefer the other kinds as well as other types such as the big varieties. Permit me to switch gears for a second and give a plug to kauai vacation rentals which is a company that has been specializing in commercial, residential real estate plus the aforementioned vacation rentals on the lovely garden island of Kauai. Alright now back to the main story here. In this way, people are offering thanks to the Goddess of water. Significantly, it is believed that the Krathongs carry away bad luck. I still prefer the other myself overall, and they are very popular when I was on my vacation on kauai too.

Costa Rica: Surf vacation Destination Supreme

All in all, I enjoyed a relatively good summer and did not particularly get a lot by way of a vacation or holiday. I mean, I really thought it would be ok and yet when it comes down to it, it is not. Therefore, I continue to fantasize regarding an overseas vacation destination, because nothing else seems to be working at this time. For the most part, if I could pick virtually any specific location and then go,
I believe I would go for a costa rica surf vacation. Generally speaking, I was never a huge surf fan until fairly recently, yet I know it is just such a great sport. Perhaps the folks over there in Costa Rica will love me and all will be good at the end of the day, and a few Margarita’s could not hurt either. Or perhaps I will simply catch some rays and relax under the beautiful blue sky and do some sport fishing or something like that
For it’s part, the somewhat diminutive country of Costa Rica stretches along on the Pacific Coast and is basically boxed in by Nicaragua and Panama, more or less. For some strange reason, I feel especially drawn to this wild and wonderful land, perhaps particularly because I cannot just go there just right this minute like I can certain other exotic locations which are more nearby, such as Mexico, for example. I suppose that I will be doing some major planning for next year, it’s either Costa Rica or perhaps even Belize. But I am leaning more towards a costa rica surf vacation or trip.
The good news about that is they are both wonderful places to visit all year around.

to expert surfer so you can have a whole different kind of “Board Meeting”.
