Off Duty Cop Pleads Not Guilty

Chicago Police detective Joseph Frugoli pleaded not guilty in court after being charged with reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence.
The plea was entered in connection with the crash he was involved in crashing his sport utility vehicle into a car that was parked along side the expressway.
