The criminal defense Attorney for actor Kiefer Sutherland has claimed (perhaps correctly) that the TV thespian is not at fault for possibly attacking high profile fashion designer Jack McCollough last week at a party, as reported by to a number of published news reports, such as by the Associated press, among others.
